Available in both French and English, Mirabel was written by CASF board member Jean-Claude Redonnet and published by CASF's umbrella organization in Cambodia, Open Book Reading Room.

Open Book is a reading room and library dedicated to promoting the love of reading to children living in the center of Phnom Penh.
